Here are some tips if you run into problems with your tax payments:

• If you made a mistake when making a tax payment, you can delete the tax payment.
• If you paid too much or too little in taxes, you can resolve your overpayment or underpayment.
• If you made a late tax payment, you may need to pay a penalty or interest.
• If Intuit Online Payroll reminds you about taxes you've already paid, you may need to record tax payments you made outside Intuit Online Payroll.
• If your tax payments don't match what we say you owe, you may need to resolve discrepancies between liabilities and payments.
• If you updated an incorrect State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) rate, you need to resolve SUI payments after you correct the rate.
• If there were insufficient funds in your bank account on the e-payment date, you'll need to take steps for either electronic federal tax payments or electronic state tax payments.
