Remove the web address at the bottom of reports

Your browser's settings determine if the web address prints in the margin of your QuickBooks Online Payroll reports. We can't provide instructions for every browser, but we can give you a general idea of what to do.

1. From your browser's menu, find Page Setup.
   1. In Firefox, click the Firefox menu in the top left, and then select Print > Page Setup.
   2. In Internet Explorer, click the printer icon on the top right, and then select Page Setup.
   3. In Chrome, click the wrench icon on the top right, and then select Print.
2. Turn off Headers and Footers.
   1. In Firefox, click the Headers and Footers tab, and then use the drop-down list to select the --blank-- option.
   2. In Internet Explorer, in the Headers and Footers area, use the drop-down list to select the --Empty-- option.
   3. In Google Chrome, under Print > Options, deselect (clear) the Headers and Footers checkbox.
3. Click OK.
