E-sign authorization forms
You can electronically sign (also called e-sign) a majority of the authorization forms required for QuickBooks Online Payroll Full Service.
- From your To Do list, click Electronically sign legal forms. The first time you use e-signature, you'll be asked to confirm your identity.
- Enter basic information, accept the Terms of Use, and click OK. You'll be asked 3 questions to confirm your identity.
- When prompted, click the Start button.
- Choose to accept the system-generated signature or to create one using your mouse.
- Click the yellow signature boxes to eSign the forms and click the green Next button to continue to the next form.
- Once all forms are eSigned, click Click to eSign to complete the e-signature process.
- Click Continue on the success message.
What happens next
The authorization forms are automatically uploaded and received, and available to download if you'd like your own copies. Check to be sure the authorization forms are automatically uploaded and received in the CS Server. If necessary, download and print the authorization forms that were not eligible for e-signature.
