View the Paycheck List report

This report shows all paychecks you've created and lets you take action on specific paychecks, such as changing check numbers or printing pay stubs.

  1. In the navigation bar, click Reports
  2. Click in the search box (the one with the magnifying glass icon) to see a drop-down list of reports. If you know the name of the report, start entering the report name to quickly jump to it in the list.
  3. Select Paycheck List.
  4. You can also open the paycheck list from the Employees page. Simply click the Paycheck list link under the Run Payroll button.

  5. Select a time period from the Date Range drop-down.
  6. Click Run Report.
