View the Employee Details report
The Employee Details reports shows you a list of employees along with their personal information. This can be especially helpful at the end of the year when reviewing info for employee W-2s.
- Name
- Address
- Birth date
- Pay information, such as salary or pay rate, deductions, contributions, and so on
- Tax information, such as Social Security numbers (SSNs), federal and state taxes paid
View the report

In the navigation bar, click Reports.
- Click in the search box (the one with the magnifying glass icon) to see a drop-down list of reports.
If you know the name of the report, start entering the report name to quickly jump to it in the list.
- Select Employee Details.
- Select a specific employee or All Employees from the Employee drop-down.
- Select a specific work location to see a list of who works at that location from the Work Location drop-down.
- Click Run Report.
Want descriptions of each type of report? On the main Reports page, click a category (Recommended, Frequently Run, My Custom Reports, All Reports) to see a specific group of reports with short descriptions of each. Click Run to view the report with its default settings. If it’s possible to customize the report, you’ll see a Customize link beneath its description.
