Relevé 1 Summary overview

Use the Relevé 1 Summary in QuickBooks Online to help you fill out your Relevé 1 Summary for Revenu Québec. You can get the Relevé 1 Summary form from the Revenu Québec website.

File the Relevé 1 Summary and your Relevé 1 slips with Revenu Québec before the end of February.

If you have employees who work in Québec, prepare both the Relevé 1 Summary and T4 Summary.

Before the end of February:

• Submit your Relevé 1 slips and summary to Revenu Québec.
• Submit your T4 slips and summary to the CRA.
• Give a T4 slip and Relevé 1 slip to each of your Québec employees.
