TP-1015.3 form overview

The TP-1015.3: Source Deductions Return form is used to determine the provincial amount you should withhold from employees who work in Québec.

Make sure new Québec employees fill in a TP-1015.3 form and a federal TD1 form before you create their first pay cheques.

Print blank TP-1015.3 forms for your Québec employees

Enter a new employee's withholding information

1. Click the Employees tab and then click Add employee.
2. Enter the employee's first and last names.
3. Click Enter TD1 form.
4. Enter the amounts from your employee's Federal TD1 form and Québec TP-1015.3 form.

Keep your employee's completed TP-1015.3 and TD1 forms for your records.
