Edit a pay schedule

You can change the pay frequency, payday, or work period in an existing pay schedule.

To edit a pay schedule:

  1. Click your company name at the top right, and then click Payroll Settings.
  2. Under Payroll, click Pay Schedules.
  3. In the Pay Schedules box, click Edit next to the schedule to modify.
  4. Make your changes, and then click OK.
  5. On the Pay Schedule Confirmation page, review the upcoming pay periods and pay dates:

Since you're editing an existing pay schedule, you don't need to make any changes for employees who are already paid on that schedule.
