How can I see which paychecks are direct deposit?

To see which paychecks are direct deposit:

See which paychecks were paid with direct deposit for a particular employee

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Employees.
  2. Click the employee's name, and then click Edit employee.
  3. Click Paycheck list.
  4. Look for Direct deposit in the Pay Method column.

See a list of employee paychecks and how each was paid

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Reports.

    2. You can also click Paycheck list on the Employees page. (It's under the Run payroll button).

  2. Enter paycheck list in the search box, and then press Enter.
  3. Specify the date range for the paychecks you want to see.
  4. Click Run report.
  5. Look for Direct deposit in the Pay Method column.
