Reports: Find out what taxes I owe

Taxes you owe are listed in the Tax Liability report. To view the report:

1. Go here.
   (Or choose Reports and then under Employer Reports, click Tax Liability.)

2. Choose the calendar quarter for your report by selecting a range from the drop-down menu, or set the date range to customize the report for a specific time period. To see a Tax Liability report for all four quarters, select This Year or Last Year.
3. To print your Tax Liability Report, click Printer-Friendly Version at the bottom of the page, and then choose Print on your browser's File menu.

If the Tax Liability report shows a different amount from what you expected:

• You might have made separate payments through EFTPS. To record a payment, see Taxes: Recording a payment you made outside Intuit Online Payroll
• You might have forgotten to enter prior historical information. See Taxes: Resolving discrepancies between liabilities and payments.If this does not answer your question, you might need to contact us.
