Reports: See a list of employees with Social Security numbers

The Employee Details report shows a list of employees with their Social Security numbers (SSNs) displayed in the Tax Info column.

To view the report:

1. Go here.
   (Or choose Reports and then under Employee Reports, click Employee Details.)

2. To print the report, click Printer-Friendly Version and then choose Print from your browser's File menu.

You can run the Tax and Wage report to see the taxes and wages paid to employees by name and Social Security number.
