Reports: Finding tax and wage summaries

The Tax and Wage Summary shows the total amount of tax paid for a selected period of time.

To view the report:

  1. Go here.
    (Or choose Reports and then under Employer Reports, click Tax and Wage Summary.)

  2. Set the date range to customize the report for a specific time period.
  3. To print your Tax and Wages, click Printer-Friendly Version at the bottom of the page, and then choose Print on your browser's File menu.

Tip: The Tax and Wage Report is a great way to find the information you need for state or local taxes. For example, click the name of a tax in the report results to see the amount of tax paid per employee by Social Security number (SSN).
