Map your payroll accounts

When you set up your export to QuickBooks, you map your payroll transactions to your QuickBooks chart of accounts.

1. Go to the Export to QuickBooks page.

   • If you're setting up your account settings for the first time, we'll guide you to the Export to QuickBooks step-by-step interview.
   • If you're editing or adding an account, click the Account Settings tab, and then click Edit in the Export to QuickBooks section.
2. Click Edit in each section.
3. Make any necessary changes.
   • Paycheck and payroll tax payments
   • Wage expenses
   • Company contribution expenses
   • Employer tax expenses
   • Tax liabilities
   • Other liabilities and assets
4. Click Save.

5. Once you've selected your accounts, click Save or Finish!
