View the Employee Details Report
This report shows you a list of employees along with their personal information:
- Name
- Address
- Birth date
- Pay information, such as salary or pay rate, deductions, contributions, and so on
- Tax information, such as social insurance numbers (SINs), and taxes paid
To view the report:
- In the left navigation bar, click Reports.
- Click in the search box (the one with the magnifying glass icon) to see a drop-down list of reports.
If you know the name of the report, start entering the report name to quickly jump to it in the list.
- Select Employee Details.
- Select a specific employee or All Employees from the Employee drop-down.
- Select a work location to see a list of employees who work at that location.
- Click Run Report.
Click Print a payroll report to see info on printing the Employee Details report.
