Workers' compensation overview

Workers' compensation insurance provides benefits to injured workers as required by state law. Go to Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, which lists state contacts for details. Ask your insurance agent or broker for details about your state's requirements.

For the Class and Subclass fields:

• Enter a class name if you want to sort info and view subtotals in the Workers' Compensation report by the employees who belong to the class. (Just make up class names to use for your reference in the report.) 
• If you don't enter classes for your employees, we just sort the report by employee name.
