Delete a deduction or contribution

You can remove a voluntary deduction or contribution from an employee's profile. Here's how:

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Employees.
  2. Click the employee's name.
  3. To stop only a contribution, click the pencil icon next to the item, and then:
    1. Under Company-paid contribution, for the Amount per pay period, select None.
    2. Click OK.
  4. To stop a deduction (and its contribution, if any), click the trash can icon next to the deduction.
