Check your direct deposit status

It takes 3 to 4 business days to confirm and activate your bank account for direct deposit. You'll receive an email from us to confirm your direct deposit status.

To check the status of your direct deposit:

  1. Click Employees.
  2. Click the name of an employee you set up for direct deposit.
  3. Look at the direct deposit status under How do you want to pay this employee? Until direct deposit is ready to go, you'll see (Pending) next to direct deposit.
