Find SUI rate

We can't know the State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) rate assigned to you if you're not a new employer or if your state has multiple rates for new employers.

To make sure about your SUI rate, refer to the SUI rate notice your state sent you, or contact the state agency responsible for SUI. Our Payroll resources has links to the websites of state agencies.

To see the rate we currently have on record for you:

1. In the left navigation bar, click Taxes > Payroll Tax, and then click Edit your tax setup.
   
2. Find your SUI rate under State Tax Information.
