Assign a workers' comp class to an employee

If you assign workers' compensation classes to your employees, the Workers' Compensation report automatically sorts by the assigned classes.

To assign a workers' comp class to an employee:

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Employees.
  2. Click the employee's name, and then click Edit employee.
  3. Click Employment at the top of the page, and then enter the name of the worker's comp class. The report lists the wages per employee if you don't assign classes to employees.
  4. Click Done.
