Print info from Form W-3

You can't print Form W-3 from QuickBooks Online Payroll, but you can print a copy of the Tax and Wage Summary report. This report has some of the same information that you'll find on Form W-3.

You can click the tax names in this report if you need more details. For example, if you want to see the amount of state withholding for each employee.

To generate and print a Tax and Wage Summary report

1. In the left navigation bar, click Reports.
2. Enter Payroll Tax and Wage Summary in the search box.
3. Choose a date range, and then click Run Report.

4. Select Printer friendly, and then choose Print on your browser's File menu.
