Prepare and file state Form W-2

In QuickBooks Online Payroll, your state wage and tax information is submitted when you electronically file your annual state payroll tax forms. For example, if you have employees in Pennsylvania, your employees' wage and tax information is submitted when you file Form PA-W3.
