Going on vacation? No problem. You can schedule pay runs for the next few pay periods in advance by using direct deposit.
There's no extra charge for direct deposit. Just remember to schedule pay to run two business days ahead of the pay date and allow an extra day for federal banking holidays.
Suppose you pay your employees every week, but you're going on vacation for the next three weeks. If your employees are set up for direct deposit, you can run payroll automatically for the weeks you're gone. Here's how:
The funds are withdrawn from your company's account the day before the pay date. For example, if your pay date is Sept 25, submit your payroll anytime before Sept 21 (a Friday) at 8 pm, and we will withdraw the funds on Sept 24 and deposit the funds in the employee's account on Sept 25.
