Edit contact and sign-in information

You can change information for you or for another user.

You can change your own name, address, phone, email address, user ID, password, and challenge question.

If you have appropriate access, you can change another user's name, email address, and access rights.

To change your own contact and sign-in information:

1. Click the Gear icon > User Profile.

If you don't see User Profile, you will need to update this information in Your Account. (Gear icon > Your Account > Personal Info tab > Your Sign In Info. See Change your user ID and password for instructions.)

2. Edit the information as required.

To change information for another user:

Important: Your user account must have the appropriate permissions to change user information.

1. Click the Gear icon > Manage Users.
2. Select the user that you want to change, then click Edit.
3. Update the information.
