By default, the Audit Log displays all events that occur. To focus on certain types of events, you can temporarily limit what the log displays.
Event Type | Data Shown |
Transactions | Transactions, such as checks, invoices and changes resulting from QuickBooks Payments events. |
Lists | Everything tracked on the lists, such as customers, vendors, employees, accounts, and users. |
Statements | Statements, emailed transactions, and fax events. |
Data Exchange | Data shared with another application with which you have created a connection. |
