If you're a new customer within the first 60 days of setting up your account, you can delete all of the existing data and start over from scratch.
If your account has been established for more than 60 days you'll have to cancel your current company and create a new company in order to start from scratch. How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Note: This process only works for QuickBooks Plus and Essentials. It does not work for QuickBooks SimpleStart.
Caution: Please keep in mind that this process will delete any data that has already been entered into the company. Once the data is deleted it cannot be restored nor reversed.
