How does annual billing work?

Annual billing lets you deal with your QuickBooks bill only once a year instead of once per month. This gives you additional discounts or savings on top of any other discounts you are eligible for.

When you choose this setting, you are immediately billed the full annual amount of your subscription.

The billing happens like this:

• a charge is billed to your credit card (if you are paying by credit card), or
• a debit is placed against your bank account (if you are paying by debit card).

What if I change my mind later?

Intuit offers a 60-day money back guarantee for refunds on physical software products. This policy does not apply to ProSeries products, Intuit resource guides, education/lab packs, and bulk software orders. Refunds on all QuickBooks subscription cancellations will be subject to review outside the 60-day time frame. Please contact Customer Support for additional details.

What if I want to add to my subscription later?

If you later make choices that would increase your subscription fee, you will be charged a fee prorated for the remainder of the year.
