Reports: View total payroll cost

Your total payroll cost includes total (gross) employee wages and total employer taxes paid to-date for the current tax year.

To view the payroll year-to-date report:

  1. Go here.
    (Or choose Reports and then under Employer Reports, click Total Cost.)

  2. To see payroll costs for a selected date range, like one quarter or one month, adjust the dates for the report.

To print the report, click Printer-Friendly Version at the bottom of the page and then choose Print on your browser's File menu.
