Reports: View a summary of all paychecks

The Payroll Summary reports lists all paychecks for a certain period of time, like last year or last quarter.

To view the report:

  1. Go here.
    (Or choose Reports and then under Employee Reports, click Payroll Summary.)
  2. Set the date range to customize the report for a specific time period.
  3. To see a list of paychecks for just one employee, change All Employees to a single employee's name.

To print the report, click Printer-Friendly Version at the bottom of the page and then choose Print on your browser's File menu.
