Forms: Viewing from previous periods

You can view a form from a previous period even if you didn't archive a copy. However, if you've changed any information since filing the form, the form will display the most current information, not the information at the time you may have filed. If you've changed information, the form may not match a form that was archived at the time.

  1. Go here.
    (Or click the Taxes & Forms tab.)
  2. On the Taxes & Forms Overview page, click the link to the category of forms you want to view (for example, Annual Forms).
  3. On the forms category page, click the name of the form.
  4. On the form page, select the period from the list.

    Be sure to wait for the screen to redisplay after this step.

  5. Click View.
