No. If you file Copy A of Form W-2 electronically, you are not required to file Form W-3. The W-3 information is automatically sent to the agency. You don't need to file a separate, printed Form W-3.

Can I print a copy of Form W-3?

No, you cannot print Form W-3 from Intuit Online Payroll. However, you can generate and print a Payroll Tax and Wage Summary report for your records. This report has some of the same information that you'll find on Form W-3.

You cannot print Form W-3 or Copy A of Form W-2 from Intuit Online Payroll. If you file paper copies of even one W-2, you must send a paper Form W-3 (printed by the government, not on your printer) along with the entire Copy A page of Form W-2.

What if I need to file with paper forms?

If you are filing with paper forms, be sure:

• You have a W-3 for the correct year.
• You file by the due date at the end of February.
