You should allow at least one week for federal enrollment starting from the time we receive your signed forms. Enrollment times for state electronic services vary depending on the state's response time for the request. After we've processed your enrollment forms, we'll send you an email with detailed instructions for completing your e-services enrollment.
After you've complete e-services enrollment, you can approve tax payments on the Taxes & Forms > Pay Taxes page when they are due. You must approve all electronic tax payments no later than 5 pm PT, two banking days before the payment date.
- For an electronic federal tax payment, the IRS directly withdraws the funds from your bank account on the payment date.
- For an electronic state tax payment, we’ll withdraw the funds after 5 pm PT, two banking days before the payment date.
