Give employees access to their pay stubs online (PaycheckRecords.com)

You can set up your employees so they receive an email from our service every payday that allows them to access a special version of our site, PaycheckRecords.com.

PaycheckRecords allows employees to view or print their pay stub for any specified pay period.

To give an employee access to PaycheckRecords:

  1. Go here.
    (Or click the Employees tab.)
  2. Click the employee's name.
  3. In the Employee Site Access section near the bottom, click Edit.
  4. Enter the employee's email address (or verify the address if it’s already entered) and then check the box for Access Paycheck Records.

  5. Click OK, and then click Send Email. The employee receives an email with a user ID and temporary password to access their account.
