Direct deposit: Confirm your test deposit

To verify all routing information for your bank account, we have transmitted a test deposit (that is, a debit and an offsetting credit) to your bank account for an amount under $1.00. You'll use this amount to verify your bank account information (so that we use the correct bank account for services like direct deposit).

You'll receive an email from us after we've transmitted the test deposit.

  1. Check your bank statement by signing in to your bank's website or contacting your bank to find the exact amount for this test deposit.
    It can take a few days for this test deposit to appear on your bank statement.
  2. On the To Do page, click the Confirm your test deposit link.
  3. On the Confirm Your Test Deposit page that appears, enter the exact amount of the test deposit.
  4. Enter the amount of the test deposit again to confirm.
  5. Click OK.

If you don't see the test deposit after several days or if you made a mistake in entering the amount of the test deposit, contact us.
