Direct deposit: If I approve checks in advance, when will my employees be paid?

We deposit your employees' payroll on the pay date you indicate, even if you approve payroll in advance.

You can actually approve your payroll well in advance of the actual pay date; however, keep in mind that tax rates change, and checks created too far in advance may not reflect the rates in effect on the date the check is actually paid. In addition, vacation and sick leave hours are accrued when you approve the payroll.
