Intuit Online Payroll: Reactivating

cancel;restore;resume;billing;re-activate;reactivate; inactive;

We'd love to have you back! If your account was in good standing when canceled, you can turn it back on. To do so:

  1. Go to the To Do list, or click the Payday tab.
  2. Click the confirm your billing information link. If you don't see the link, please contact us to reactivate your account.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions and accept the terms to reactivate.

If you were enrolled in Electronic Services or set up to print checks on blank check stock, those services may no longer be available when you reactivate. In that case, we'll send a test transaction to your employer bank account.
