Reminders: Setting yourself up to get emails

You can control what types of tasks to be reminded about (running payroll, paying taxes, or filing forms) and who should get the reminder emails.

Choosing what to be reminded about

  1. Go here.
    (Or choose Setup > Preferences and then Email Preferences.)
  2. Deselect any types of emails you wouldn't like to receive. You can also choose whether to be reminded about running your payroll on payday or the day before.
  3. If you want to limit information you receive about offers on products or services, click the link within the Sales and Marketing Communication section.
  4. Back on the Email Preferences page, click OK.

Setting up the email address to receive the reminders

  1. Go here.
    (Or choose Setup and then under Business Information, click Contact Information.)
  2. If you need to change the email address, click the Edit (Name) link next to the Primary Contact's name.
  3. non-IAMMake sure the email address fields are correct, because this is where we'll send reminders.
    IAMMake sure the Send payroll reminders to and Confirm Email fields are correct, because this is where we'll send reminders.
  4. Click Save.
