Archive (save) a form that I have filed

When you archive or save a form, you freeze it exactly as it is at that moment on our servers. There may be times when you want to archive the same form for the same period more than once.

To archive a form:

  1. In the navigation bar, click Taxes > Payroll Tax.
  2. Under Forms, click the appropriate form category.
  3. Click the form you want to archive.
  4. Choose the liability period.
  5. Click View.
  6. Make sure the correct form is displayed in the Adobe Reader window, and then close the window.
  7. Click Archive.

The available liability periods only go back for about a year. If you need to archive a form from an earlier period, contact us.
