You can make the columns wider or narrower in a report. These adjustments are helpful when a report doesn't fit in a single page.
The report keeps the adjusted column widths as long as you have the report open. You can even print the report with the adjusted column widths. However, the adjusted column widths will not be saved when you send the report to Excel, or when you leave the report and go to another screen.
If you don't like the column widths after you resize, you can return all the columns to their default widths by clicking Reset Column Widths.
